Consultant

Example: We will provide advice about market research or managing the risk in your programmes

Mentor

We provide mentorship of your staff to help them develop their marketing skills. This model provides both you and us with the most cost effective approach to developing your business. However, it does require that you have identified some staff to lead your marketing development. Examples: We would mentor your marketing manager to manage his staff more effectively.

We would normally expect to provide a mix of these business models to address your particular needs. We expect that as your business and our relationship with you develops, this mix will change.
